学术成绩

本人的工作主要集中在疫苗研发,属于应用科学,转化医学(兽医学)领域。申请专利保护及获得产品入市是核心。获批2项中国专利及2项美国专利(国际专利),其中一个针对新生儿的减毒沙门预防肺炎感染的疫苗已经进行了一期临床试验,本人也参与其中,目前正在申请的中国专利有10项。目前已经发表第一作者或通讯作者SCI文章20多篇,其它合作文章10多篇。其中一篇作为封面论文和热点评论发表在美国免疫学杂志,3篇论文被美国微生物学会旗下的“Microbe magazine”重点报道,该杂志每年仅12期,报道目前研究热点和创新性工作,每期仅选择美国微生物学会旗下10多种期刊中的4-6篇文章重点报道文章发表在国际领域的专业主流期刊,Vaccine, Infection and Immunity, Journal of Immunology, International journal of Medical MicrobiologyVeterinary Microbiology, Scientific Report, Cell等。

研究方向与兴趣:

1.  应用研究领域主要是人用或兽用疫苗开发,重点在人畜共患病病原细菌的疫苗研发。包括目前主要开展的在重组减毒沙门疫苗及疫苗载体的构建,及针对其它病原菌及癌症或其它自身免疫疾病如糖尿病等的减毒疫苗及亚单位疫苗(重组蛋白,重组多糖,外膜蛋白及外膜微囊体)的研发。

2.  基础研究领域主要涉及人畜共患病病原细菌的致病机理,重点在细菌多糖及表面附属物调控宿主相互作用的机理方面,包括目前开展的沙门氏菌及其它致病性细菌脂多糖合成途径的调控网络分析和脂多糖尤其是lipid A改变对细菌致病性及与宿主的关系影响,及其它多糖对沙门菌的致病性影响及它们之间的相互作用;动物微生物菌群与减毒活疫苗及宿主的相互作用等

3.  人畜共患病病原细菌快速检测方法的开发及检测性抗体及治疗性抗体的研发。
